The Stables Cafe at Orleans House Brades

Brades Farm Milk

Our milk all comes from Jersey & Holstein cows on a farm in the heart of the Lune Valley. We are proud to have Brades Farm on our list of suppliers, not only because their milk is of wonderful quality but because they really look after their herds. So much so that they have pioneered a new welfare standard called Freedom To Choose, meaning that Brades’ cows can choose to shelter in cosy barns or to roam the open fields. Their happy cows certainly make amazing barista milk!
